Company Director

Bal is committed to his clients. He will insure complete confidentiality and professionalism at all times. As founder of Maple Wills, he is guaranteed to provide up to date knowledge and accurate legal information. Bal is a member of the Society of Will Writers (SWW) and is also a member of the National Association of Licensed Paralegals. His knowledge extends to Wills, Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) Will trusts and Lifetime trusts, Probate Services and Estate Planning (inheritance tax), professional landlord planning and funeral planning. He will happily visit you in your own home or a zoom meeting if you prefer.

Bal recently attended the Legal Growth Awards and was awarded The Entrepreneur Will Writer of the Year 2023.

Bal lives locally with his family, and when he’s not meeting clients and writing wills he enjoys getting out on walks with his two dogs and also cycling.

Client Services Advisor

Hayley joined us in 2022 and has over 20 years’ experience working at a board level providing executive assistance, HR administration and confidential support. In addition she holds NVQ in business, is a chartered member of CIPD, and is a highly motivated and experienced, friendly advisor who works within the Client Services of Maple Wills.
