At Maple Wills, we understand that the safe storage of your legal documents is paramount. For a small annual fee, we will store your Will and other legal documents for you, ensuring they are safe and readily accessible.

• When stored with us, your documents are insured against loss and damage, giving you peace of mind.
• Documents are stored in waterproof wallets. However, should anything happen to them, your documents will be recreated for you, at no cost.
• You can access your documents at any time, at no cost, by arrangement with us.
• When the time comes that your Executors need to access your Will, they will be able to do so without difficulty. Additionally, we will be able to assist the executers / trustees with advice.

We contact our clients twice a year, typically in January and July, reminding them of the importance and reasons to review not only their Will, but the whole of the estate. This is one way we support our clients with tax liability inheritance tax thresholds.
